Civic Center

Catering

The Civic Center does not have an in-house caterer. Outside catering is allowed, with an easily accessible kitchen and unloading area. Contracted caterers will pay the Civic Center a fee equal to 12% of the total amount of their bill. This bill should be paid to the Ruston Civic Center within five days after the date of the event. The caterer is responsible for preparing dishes for washing by clearing the tables, scraping the plates, and stacking the dishes in the kitchen. They must leave the kitchen free of dirty utensils, pots and pans, or anything else they used in preparing the meal. They will also wipe down all counter tops in the kitchen and leave the sinks clear of food.
