City Court

The Ruston City Court was established by the State of Louisiana. It is called a city court, but it has jurisdiction over all of Lincoln Parish. This court presides over Civil, Criminal and Traffic cases involving citizens of Ruston and Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, and has a parish wide civil jurisdiction of $25,000.00. The Judge, Clerk of Court and all personnel of the City Court are dedicated to handling each case in a professional, timely and courteous manner. Our goal is to serve you.
