Construction is moving along nicely at the future Buc-ee’s site here in Ruston. Crews have begun pouring concrete for the front portion of the building, while additional groundwork continues to prepare the site for everything that’s to come.
Once complete, the Ruston Buc-ee’s is expected to be a major addition to our community. The store is anticipated to span approximately 70,000+ square feet, making it one of the larger travel centers in the region. Plans also include around 100+ fuel pumps, helping serve a high volume of travelers each day.
We are currently looking ahead to a projected opening in late 2026 (subject to construction progress), and the location is expected to welcome thousands of visitors daily, bringing new energy, tourism, and economic impact to Ruston.
This project continues to move forward step by step, and we’re excited to watch it take shape and share updates along the way as we get closer to opening day.
