Before submitting an application for utility service, you must first complete an application for a Certificate of Occupancy through http://www.mygovernmentonline.org.

Step 1. My Government Online
Pay Online with your Visa or MasterCard through the MyGovernmentOnline.org portal:
Go to www.mygovernmentonline.org and log in to your user account. Click the "Account" button in the upper-right corner of the page. Scroll down to the "My Permits" section. Locate the permit number you wish to pay and click "View Permit." Click the "Payments" tab. Click the "Pay Online" button near the bottom of the page to pay the balance with your Visa or MasterCard. Once you have completed your payment, the system will automatically notify the Permits Department staff. A staff member will contact you when the permit is ready for issuance.
Step 2. Business or Contractor Utility Application
If you would like to pay fees at the permit office, please bring this invoice and your payment to:
