The City of Ruston Section 8 Housing Program is fortunate to be allocated 15 Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV) to add to our program. The EHV Program will have a big impact on the Ruston community by helping to combat homelessness.
The EHV are managed only through a referral process by NELA Housing & Supportive Service Corp. (dba Home Coalition), a local resource service provider to the City of Ruston Section 8 Housing Program.
Home Coalition is working with Christopher Youth Center, Domestic Abuse Response Team (D.A.R.T) and The Wellsprings Alliance for Families, Inc. to identify those most at need for the vouchers.
