As the Executive Director of the City of Ruston Section 8 Housing Program, I am responsible for the overall success of our housing agency in fulfilling its mission to maximize housing opportunities for low-income residents within the Ruston community. In addition, I ensure compliance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations through the effective administration of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program.
