Beer Crawl

The Downtown Ruston Beer Crawl is an annual, ticketed walking beer-tasting event hosted by Friends of Ruston Main Street that celebrates Ruston’s historic downtown district.
Peach Fest

The Louisiana Peach Festival is an annual summer festival where attendees can enjoy live music, art vendors, food trucks, and activities throughout the festivities. For more information, you can visit www.lapeachfest.com.
Wine Walk

The Wine Walk is an annual fall event hosted by Friends of Ruston Main Street where attendees stroll through downtown on a walking wine-tasting tour.
Cookie Crawl

Cookie Crawl is a holiday event where participants walk through downtown and collect a variety of seasonal cookies from Ruston’s local businesses.
Tech Trolley

The Tech Trolley is a free gameday shuttle service that makes it easy for Louisiana Tech University fans to get to Joe Aillet Stadium without worrying about traffic.
Art Ramble

The Ruston Art Ramble is a free, quarterly Ruston event put on by the Ruston Cultural District that celebrates the arts in all forms.

The Dog Days of Summer is the event for Louisiana Tech University’s Summer Orientation, where incoming students can meet their peers, explore campus, and get a taste of Ruston life before the fall semester.
Pumpkins in the Park

Pumpkins in the Park is an annual family-friendly fall festival held in Railroad Park hosted by Friends of Ruston Main Street. Families can enjoy a kids’ Halloween movie, crafts, games and more.
Kickoff to Christmas

Kickoff to Christmas marks the start of the holiday season with live performances, lighting of the downtown Christmas tree, and a visit from Santa.
Pictures with Santa

During the holiday season, come and have a complimentary portrait taken with Santa by a local photographer.

The Ruston Entertainment District offers a fun, walkable way to experience everything Downtown Ruston has to offer. Designed to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere, the district allows residents and visitors to purchase an alcoholic beverage from a participating restaurant or bar in an official Ruston Entertainment District cup and enjoy it outdoors while exploring the district during approved hours and within designated boundaries.
