Facility Rental Calendar
- Facilities are reserved from 8:00am to 12 midnight on booking date, regardless of event time or length. Half of the rental fee is due at the time of booking to reserve the facility.
All events must end and be cleaned up by 11:30 P.M. on the last night of your scheduled rental time.
Tables and chairs are provided for the Civic Center, Peach Suite and Historic Fire Station, including initial set-up and take-down.
Kitchen access will be available for the Civic Center and Historic Fire Station when booked.
- To guarantee access to a facility before event day, the user must rent the facility for those days. The user may access the facility on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at no charge, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (excluding all weekends and holidays). Outside of normal hours, the fee is $50 per hour. Must be booked 21 days prior to event.
No bookings on the following holidays:
- New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Day
- President's Day
- Easter weekend, including Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and day after
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Facilities
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION
Discounts Available: (ONLY 1 DISCOUNT ALLOWED TO BE USED)
- Historic Fire Station: 2 or more consecutive days rental, 15% off total
- Civic Center: 3 or more consective days rental, 25% off
- Peach Suite: 10% discount if rented with Civic Center
- Non-Profits (In good standing): 25% off all rentals
To Confirm a Venue:
- 50% of rental fee is due on the date the contract is signed to secure event date.
- Full rental amount is due no less than 40 days prior to event.
- If booked less than 40 days prior to event rental amount is due in full when contract is signed.
Scheduling Deposit Refund Policy:
- Full deposit if cancellation is made 90 days-plus in advance of event.
- 50% of refund if cancellation is made 60 - 89 days in advance.
- Deposit is forfeited if cancellation is made less than 60 days in advance.
Included in Rental:
- initial Set-up and take-down of chairs and tables
- Sound System
- Projector and Screen
Security Details:
Security is required at all rentals when alcohol is present.
The Security fee is $60 per hour per officer.
- Historic Fire Station requires 1 Officer.
- Civic Center requires 1 Officer per 100 people.
No non-licensed alcohol sales, BYOB-style, or concert events will be allowed in any City facilities. All events that plan to include alcohol must have Secruity (Booked by Facility Coordinator), and must sell or provide alcohol through the use of a licensed caterer.
