Facilities are reserved from 8:00am to 12 midnight on booking date, regardless of event time or length. Half of rental fee is due at time of booking to reserve the facility.
All events must be cleaned up the night of the event.
All events must end by 12 midnight.
Tables and chairs are provided for the Civic Center, Peach Suite and Historic Fire Station, including set-up and take-down.
Kitchen access available for the Civic Center and Historic Fire Station.
Additional decorating time: $25 per hour
To guarantee access to a facility before event day, the user must rent the facility for those days. The user may access the facility on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at a charge of $25 per hour, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (excluding all weekends and holidays).

Security is required at all rentals when alcohol is present.
The Security fee is $50 per hour per officer.
No non-licensed alcohol sales or BYOB-style events will be allowed in any City facilities. All events that plan to include alcohol must must have a security guard, and must sell or provide through the use of a licensed caterer. A list of caterers will be provided upon request.
