WEST LOUISIANA AVENUE TRAFFIC CLOSURE
The City of Ruston announces, weather permitting, W. Louisiana Ave. between S. Monroe St. and S. Homer St. will be closed to through traffic beginning 7:00 am, Tuesday, March 14, 2023, until further notice. The closure is necessary for the continuation of the S. Monroe Street Project and is a portion of the BUILD Grant funded Monroe Street Corridor Project. Additionally at the time of closure along W. Louisiana Ave., traffic will be restored to W. Texas Ave. from S. Monroe St. to S. Homer St.
