Mission Statement: The City of Ruston Section 8 Housing Program is to provide safe, decent, and sanitary housing opportunities to the City of Ruston citizens of low, very low, and extremely low-income families as well as to manage resources efficiently. The Public Housing Agency (PHA) is to promote personal, economic, and social upward mobility to provide families the opportunity to make the transition from subsidized to non-subsidized housing.
