Ruston, LA - City Hall and the Utility Billing Office will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026.
There will be no residential garbage and trash collection on Monday, February 16, 2026. Garbage pickup for Monday’s residential route will be picked up on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. The commercial garbage trucks will not run on Monday, February 16, 2026.
