The City of Ruston announces, weather permitting, that Bular Street will be closed to
traffic at its intersection with E. Kentucky Avenue. The closure will begin at 7:00 am on
Monday, April 20th, and shall remain closed through Wednesday, April 22nd. This closure
is necessary to allow for paving operations associated with the E. Kentucky Avenue
Project.
The City of Ruston regrets any inconvenience this necessary work may cause residents and
