The City of Ruston announces, weather permitting, that E. Line Avenue, between S. Bonner St. and S. Vienna Street, will be closed to through traffic beginning at 8:00 am, tomorrow, Wednesday, May 14th, and shall remain closed until 4:00 pm. This closure is necessary to allow Delta Utilities’ contractor to relocate gas lines in advance of the City’s 2026 Overlay Project.
