The City of Ruston announces, weather permitting, that Gains Ave. between Cook St. and Tech Dr. will be closed to through traffic, Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. This closure is necessary to perform the required utility relocations associated with the I-20 LA544 Overpass Replacement Project.
