The City of Ruston announces, weather permitting, that W. Carolina Ave. between Evans St. and N. Homer St. will be closed to through traffic Monday, August 4, 2025, beginning 7 am until further notice. This closure is necessary to allow for drainage and sewer upgrades.
The City of Ruston regrets any inconvenience this necessary work may cause residents and motorists. We appreciate your patience, and any questions can be received by the Public Works Department at (318) 242-7703.
