The City of Ruston announces, weather permitting, that W. Vaughn Ave. in the vicinity of Strain St. will be closed to through traffic, beginning Monday, September 29, 2025, at 7:00 am and shall remain closed until further notice. This closure is necessary to allow for drainage and intersection improvement.
