The City of Ruston announces, weather permitting, that Goodwin Road, between E.
Kentucky Avenue and Tarreyton Drive will be closed to through traffic, beginning at 7:00 am,
Monday, October 13th, and shall remain closed until further notice. This closure is
necessary to allow for the installation of subsurface drainage systems associated with the
on-going E. Kentucky Avenue Project. The signed detour will be via Tarreyton Drive and
Greenbriar Drive.
The City of Ruston regrets any inconvenience this necessary work may cause residents and
