Please be advised that starting June 29, 2026, the City of Ruston will be utilizing Utiliserve, LLC to perform flushing of the water system in the teal green area of the attached Map Image from June 29th through July 17, 2026. During the flushing, you may experience water discoloration and pressure changes; however, these disruptions should be periodic and not long-lasting. We ask that you please notify us if you experience water discoloration by email to info@utiliservepro.com to document this information. In the email, please include the address, the time of day water discoloration was noticed, and any other helpful information, including flushing your home if you noticed water discoloration until the water clears up. Work being performed is for fire protection and insurance purposes.
